I really wanted to like this book, but I was mostly just confused and uninterested. The ending, in particular, was rushed and confusing. Now that I know the ending, I should go back and reread for clues, but I just can’t find enough interest to actually do so.

What an odd little book. Focused on an author trying to promote his books, he is down on his luck while murders sprang up across the city.


The ending is ambiguous, meant to encourage you to re-read the book and put the clues together. Instead it has me irked that I wasted my time on something that was rather pointless.
