The is book is entirely charming. Simply lovely. Immediately accepted into the exclusive favourites list that hasn't seen a new member in several years.
The only downside is that some of the chapters seem oddly out of chronological order. No problem for someone well-acquainted with the legend, but makes for odd reading at times.

Shout out to Eva March Tappan for getting this published in 1903. Although the language is outdated, and some of these chapters make no sense, it’s still interesting to read one of the earliest combined Robin Hood stories.
It’s free on Hoopla if anyone is interested.
