Argh!
The book was ok. There were so many things that made me roll my eyes. I hate to DNF. For one
Derials job or position is still very vague. The book said
“He was the leader, the Vepar with the strongest political position in Veon besides the council. The Vepar knew him and the hard work he’d done for their kind over the last hundred years.”
What job is that? After FOUR books you would think they would explain this! Thanes and Corrans job yes was important. I’m just trying to understand how they were “rockstars”. They got married in the middle of an outbreak. What the heck were they thinking. SMH I don’t know why this heroine keeps thinking of CHERRY! What a stupid person she is. She just lets things happen to her. She doesn’t even try to resist or put up a fight. TSTL. What happened to the Kronos people? What happened to the warrior princess girl? So many things left hanging. I’m so annoyed. The epilogue was the best part of all four books. Not reading anything else by either of these authors.
