I enjoyed the bits of history at the start of each section and felt they provided a nice context for the rest of each chapter.

My criticisms of this book are the same as my criticisms of the first book in the series. The book suffers from not having a clear audience (the content seems too simple for an advanced learner but not explained enough for a beginner).
