I love an anthology that includes both stories and essays. The essays at the end really offered a lot of insight into Chinese science fiction as it exists in China. The stories were overall decent and there was a wide demographic representation among authors chosen. Using multiple stories from each author was also a nice touch. Short review because I'm on my phone.

Super fascinating read. I love seeing the intersection of Western and Chinese science fiction as well as the differences. Translation was wonderful and masterfully done - the art shown through.

A mixed bag of short, sci-fi-ish stories. Many stray into fantasy more than sci-fi. The titular story was the best.
