A woman must decide between winning battles and winning wars, hearts, and minds. She faces her greatest enemy and realizes that maybe, he wasn’t the one she should be afraid of.
I think the end of a series is a difficult book to read because you are saying goodbye to characters you've spent time getting to know. I really like how she handled the ending. It doesn't hide from the fact these characters have been fighting a war and there are long lasting consequences to that. It doesn't sugar coat to a happily ever after. I really enjoyed both the series and this book.
