*I'm not going to give you the 'what this book is about' blurb - you can read that elsewhere.
1. Of course this is 5-stars. Ennenbach's beautifully tortured mind just speaks to my heart.
2. The breadth of emotion throughout this collection is impressive. There's love, laughter, heartbreak, and murder - literally something for every taste! I especially appreciate the dark sense of fatalistic humor that pulses through many of the stories, it truly tickled my funny bone in the most relatable way.
3. A few of my favorites/thoughts on certain stories:
Chances = Damnit, Mike. This was heartbreaking. And you're wrong; your words absolutely impact so many of us.
Noises = 😳...oh, okay. This ending flipped me on my head and spun me around!
Coffee Trio = contains one of my most favorite quotes I've ever read.
Customer Service immediately followed by Interview = HILARIOUS, well played, sir 👏.
4. Read it. *for my non-horror friends - this is one you could get down with!
