eh, no go on this one. I think the concept was poorly executed in too much of a weird creepy way. and referring to the yogurt as irresistible "low-calorie" goodness sealed the deal for me, why did that need to be emphasized?

When you discover your teacher outside her natural habitat, you must do all you can to rescue her and take her back to her classroom.

An interesting take on that shock that kids experience when they see their teacher outside of school.

Do you remember running into a teacher outside of school?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Well, that's what happens to Miranda Montgomery, the animal expert.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Miranda knows all about animals and how important it is for them to be in their natural habit. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So when Miranda spots her teacher at the grocery, she knows exactly what she needs to do! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This book is soooooooooooo cute. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It reminded me of the time when I was hanging with my friend at her apartment's pool. And I then I heard my name...it was my student

If you've read anything by Aaron Reynolds, you know to prepare yourself to be amazed. As a children's librarian, I read hundreds of picture books a year. Most of them are fine, but forgettable. Not this one. Not Carnivores. Not Nerdy Birdy. Certainly not Creepy Carrots. Aaron Reynolds is on my permanent must-buy list, and I'm never disappointed.

Not quite the creepy carrots, but a pretty solid humorous story.
