Picked this book up on a whim at an opshop and I surprisingly liked it, I don't live far from Adelaide so I felt a real sense of familiarity to the places mentioned. I enjoyed how it wasn't just random poems all thrown together but more like a chronological story or the sort. It was easy to follow the slang that was used since a lot of it still gets used today. It also had quite a few heart felt moments in it that I didn't expect, overall it was a really nice poetry collection.
