This book tried to take on too much and I think the characters get lost in this. The themes discussed individually could be of interest. I would like to read a more focused book from Kate. The authors time and effort is felt throughout the book unfortunately it just didn't grab my attention as much as I hoped from the blurb.

more ‘everyone in their feelings and processing big life things’ and less banter than your average romcom. super sweet and protective male lead Adam + grew up way too fast without a mom Jess. Not as approachable and flirty as Georgie, but another fun to read love story with heartwarming depth.
