Deity
Boys of Winter, Book 4
By: Sheridan Anne
Narrated by: Kelsey Navarro

Where do I start? This fabulous series has come to a close with an amazing ending! We pick up right where we left off in book 3, and Winter is left for dead by the men she loves and trusted. What went wrong? King, Cruz, Grayson and Carver had done her wrong, or have they?? I was captivated with this one, wondering how this one was going to turn out! There is a lot going on, with so many characters, so many power struggles, death, grief, closure and true love. I am not a big reverse harem listener, but there is something about the chemistry between these 5 people that make the story flow and easy to love. Sheridan Anne is a master of dark, romantic suspense and I got my fill of on the edge thrills, twists and turns and a relevant issue that is dealt with head on. I highly recommend this series and can't wait until my next Sheridan Anne adventure.

Kelsey Navarro concludes the series with her narration, and it's perfection! Each man, their own, distinguishable voice, she gives them their darkness and the emotional journey they each have. Each inflection shows just how they are affected by their situations and it's incredible. But more exciting is her flawless interpretation of Winter. This character has been kicked to the curb, and each time pulls herself up. She is a rebel, a fighter and a survivor and the performance lets us hear every facet of her emotional strength. It's a must listen!

Every single one of the books on this series was better than the one before, so much heartbreak, so much passion and dead. How can dead sound so good? Well at the hands of any of the boys and Winter everything sounds good and kinda reckless.
I read this book in less than 24 hours because I simply couldn't stop, needing to know what would happen next at the end of every chapter.
The only thing I wish is that Anne decides to give us at least a small book looking into how their lives have turned out in their next months, years and maybe a decade, It doesn't need to be that long, but I just want to see how she pictures their lives in the future, I know I have my Ideas, but I just want MORE of their story, their lives.
SHERIDAN ANN IF YOU'RE READING THIS, IM BEGGING FOR MORE OF THEIR STORY!

Epic series finale!

Honestly this is bittersweet because I’m excited for this book to be here and all our questions answered from that massive cliffhanger from book 3 but also sad to see it end! BUT HOLY COW! From the first sentence of the book to the finale period of the last chapter and me feeling every range of emotion. Could not put the book down because I just had to keep reading. All the dark twisted ways of the guys, to Winter proving she rules all and them coming together as one to overcome every obstacles! Just wow! Winter and the guys are seriously my favorite and are gonna be hard to replace. Who am I kidding they can never replaced. Just joined by others! Sheridan you out done yourself! Bravo! You should be proud of yourself! Seriously this has been the best ride ever and I can’t wait to experience the next one!

What a fantastic ending to a fantastic series! I frequently find myself disappointed with last books in a series- I usually find them to be lacking in drama and steam- but I could not be more happy with this one. There was still lots of excitement- not everything was just quickly wrapped up in a bow- and the sexy times with the guys were off the charts hot! The end of the epilogue was so perfectly Winter and had me cracking up. I’m so sad to see these characters go but I absolutely loved their send off!

So, this was the last book of this series, and although this has although not been my favorite book by the author, I did enjoy the concept and the characters and their bonding with each other. However, what I did not enjoy were the cringey monologues and the poor execution of plot. This was a secret society with a reverse harem, suspense and action and I really believe that the author could have executed it a lot better. Sadly, this was my complaint in book 1 as well about how the important revelations were being made so casually with no suspense being built up. I didn't find the plot to be cohesive, but I continued because of the characters the female protagonist winter/ Elodie who despite having some questionable monologues and weird analogies actually grew as a character from the first book she was a lot more sensible this time around which was actually appreciable and needed for the plot. As for the male protagonists I did not feel that they were given equal time/importance throughout the books it felt like one book was focused on king then the other was more focused for Cruz and so on. Regardless my rating for the boys would have to be number #1 Dante #2 Grayson #3 Cruz #4 King.

The only thing which kept on putting a damper on my mood throughout this series was the lack of build up to the climax and the poor execution of the plot because this was genuinely very good plot had it been executed in a better manner it would have been even more enjoyable. Overall, I did enjoy the book, but I believe I have read a lot better than this.
