Couldn't put it down
This is the first book I've read by d.c. And it was amazing I was pulled in right from the beginning. I didn't want to put it down. It's definitely a different take on the horsemen and I loved every bit of it

This is a fascinating story that is very entertaining. This is well written with well fleshed out characters. I really enjoyed this start to this new series and am very excited to see where this series goes.

Meh, but good.
It's a meh because honestly? All the typos and the authors lack of knowledge regarding the difference between "your" "you're", "then" "than" and others like those, was really annoying. It wasn't a one time typo, it was constant, displaying a clear of knowledge rather than just a typo.
Add to that the constant "cupped her face". I mean you can only touch someone face that often before it becomes a real hygiene problem, don't get me started on the personal space bubble that'll burst. It was an insane amount of face cupping.
I don't usually get bothered by romance and sex scenes, but I feel like they have to contribute and somehow fit into the story. A few of them in this book just didn't.
So the story is good, it's quite original and I did like it because it was a fairly captivating easy story.
Would recommend for urban fantasy romance lovers that are looking for a easy story and don't get bothered by typos.
Would not recommend for typo haters and anyone looking for deep stories with lots of sdventure, because this is a simple book.
