The story didn't grab me and I found I wasn't paying attention as I was reading.

This story could have been so good but there was a solid 400+ pages of irrelevant dialogue and backstory. 
Would have been a fantastic novella.

I don't know how I feel about this one. It took a while to draw me in and, now that it's over, I think it'll take me a while to draw back out.

I'm looking forward to the book club conversations.

for a book that dragged on for so long it definitely ended abruptly….

but i loved it… it was just way too long, could have been like 200 pages shorter. but its just so spooky and sapphic and ughhh in loveee

I really wanted to give it 5 stars but I got really annoyed during the middle part, and then the end was just flat. I did enjoy picturing Reneé  Rapp as Harper tho
