Skimmed. I learned how to make gelatin “caviar”, agar “noodles”, and a tin-can camp stove. Not to mention a simpler solar-cooker than my middle-school science fair project.

A great, novel cookbook with some simply, but interesting recipes and experiments. For anyone interested in some of the science of cooking, or how to incorporation more tangible science lessons into cooking (or baking), this is a good place to start. It is kid-friendly, too!
