A man searches for himself through learning about the life of a woman, becomes the woman, is a man, living his present life with his wife, lived a life 15 years ago knowing this woman, etc, etc. A weird and winding book that was a mix of so many things and I really enjoyed it. Did I understand all of it? No. No, but what I think I did get was that this was a man trying to do some soul searching by being himself from the present, past, and future and as a man and woman.

laila laila laila I think you would love this book! I can’t bring this copy back to school with me because it has all the little mementos of my dad in the pages but I might get my own copy whichhhh I would let you borrow for sure

one that I may have to revisit later in life. I'm not sure I read it at the right time, although the final few sections of the book are really something else

This was a deeply strange, unpleasant book, and I'm sorry to say I didn't get a whole lot out of it.
