An uplifting story that will have you reaching for the moon!

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Reedsy Discovery. I voluntarily chose to read and post an honest review.

Review:
Book Summary:
Lauren, a Jersey Calf, is determined to become a jumping cow. "My dear, cows don't jump," her mother says. Lauren ignores her mother's advice and trains hard in the farmyard every day.

She learns to jump over objects of different sizes with the aid of her friend Tim. Jumping is not the only strength Lauren possesses, as she discovers.

Opinion:
The story of Lauren the Cow is a delightful and inspiring narrative that encourages kids to persist, even in the face of failure. Lauren's success demonstrates the power of practice and encouragement.

Andrew's illustrations are attractive, colorful, and captivating. Young readers will be delighted for sure.

My Review:

Lauren The Cow is a beautiful story that encourages anyone who reads to never give up on themselves. It teaches that putting your mind to something and working hard will help to reach the end goal. Within the book, many friends consistently encourage Lauren to meet her goals by cheering her on and not allowing failure to overtake her confidence. This is an excellent example of supporting your friends and family throughout life.

This is a super cute book about Lauren the cow and her perseverance and hard work she puts into learning to jump. She tries over and over again until there's a humorous twist and you'll have to read the book to find out just what it is.
