*Read this for theatre class*

This was a confusing play but upon discussing it with the class, I understood its meaning more. It was a good play but didn't blow my mind or anything.

A chilling play about war that focuses not on the horrors of war itself (though some horrific acts are mentioned) but the horror of how normalised war has become for these people, and how everything (people, animals, laws of physics) are either allied to them or to their 'enemies'.

So deeply disturbing but such wonderful worldbuilding, a dream-like play about normalized violence that I wasn't expecting to hit as hard as it did.

There's an eerie minimalism to this play that cannot be missed. Like Sarah Kane's Blasted, this one left my heart racing and my head confused. It takes 15 minutes to read, but it will take a lifetime to understand.
