This was an audiobook I needed to listen to right now in my life. It is about how to redefine success, not with money or power, but with health and wellness. Although most of the advice is probably things you have already heard before (meditate, sleep more, connect more readily, etc.), she presents it in an accessible way. No matter who you are, I believe it would be possible for you to find something of value in this book. The book also serves as an homage to her mother, who sounds like she was an incredible spirit and driving force in her life. Her advice is carefully presented and backed up with research and outside sources that you can go to to learn more about different aspects. I found it inspiring and much of it resonated with me. I recommend highly if you're going through a rough patch in life. (Audiobook is read by someone (not Huffington) with an accent so if you have trouble understanding them, reading the book may be easier for you. I rather liked the accent after I got used to it.)
