What can I say about the Dublin Devils?! I love this family and all of the drama surrounding Cian's wish to see his brothers freed from their mob lifestyle. The stakes have never been higher for Cian, Liam, and Finn. The Russian Bratva is moving into Chicago, but Cian and his brothers will not allow it without a fight. When Liam interferes with the Russian's business plans, it all becomes personal. Cian enlists the help of "Lila from Rogue" (gets me every time) to wage a war on the Russians. Obviously, nothing goes exactly as planned. This is where the drama gets dark and desperate. We get a peek beneath Liam's enforcer exterior, and also get a glance at the strength that Finn keeps hidden. Robbie MacFarlane, their dear old dad (I really loathe this man!), still has his eye on teaching his boys a lesson but Cian won't take it lying down. As the oldest brother and self-appointed savior, he is as determined as ever to sacrifice himself to save everyone else.

FYI...If you're not a fan of "unresolved stories", you should know that this series does have a storyline that is being continued in the next book. Hey, it's the mob, what did you expect? They play by their own rules! Seriously though, if you're looking for books that are a little more mob drama than romance, I cannot recommend this series enough. It's "can't stop turning pages/must read all in one sitting" good!

This is the second book in the series and they need to be read in order!

Cian MacFarlane is running the Dublin Devils but he is doing it his way and not the way his father, Robbie, did it. He managed to get one brother hidden and now wants to slowly help the other brothers to avoid the life they have been born into. He is working with the FBI to get them any information he can on bringing his father and any of the other groups down.

Lila Rodriquez is casually dating Cian and runs Rogue, which ships drugs for Cian. Her previous employer, Xavier, got mixed up with the Russians and now they want to meet.

As Cian tries his best to protect Lila and his brothers will he be able to save them from everything that his headed his way? When he finds out that he may have an unexpected betrayer will he be able to save everyone in time?

This was such a great book!!

So I really liked Cian in the first book and I think in this one I like him even more. He is such a great guy with his dedication to his brothers and Lila with trying to get them safe and away from the dangerous lives that they are living. He was sacrificing so much to keep the ones he loved safe and I applaud him for it.

I felt bad for Lila as I knew how much she cared about Cian but I also knew how much she loved running Rogue. She wnated to be able to handle everything on her own but the Russians were so much more dangerous than what she ever could have imagined.

I loved Liam in this book and how he was able to rescue Katya and how she began to trust again after everything she went through. I thought Liam was awesome and I really wasn't surprised at his decisions after everything he went through.

There were so many twists and turns and intense moments that I could not put the book down!! I loved them and I know there are only going to be more in the next book.

I wasn't 100% shocked by what happened towards the end with one character and their betrayal.

The end was super intense and I am waiting eagerly to find out what happens next in the next book!!
