Like any anthology, a very mixed bag. Some stories are incredible, some don't deserve the hype. Quite a few, as can be expected from the time of writing, racist, ableist or misogynistic.
The best ones I would absolutely recommend are Asimov's "Nightfall", Bradbury's "Mars is Heaven", Padgett's "Mimsy were the Borogroves", Clarke's "The Nine Billion Names of God", Bixby's "It's a Good Life", and Matheson's "Born of Man and Woman."

Graphic: Racial slurs, Racism, Ableism, Misogyny, Sexism, War, Xenophobia, Violence, Religious bigotry, Murder, Medical content, Mental illness, Injury/Injury detail, Suicide, Drug use, Confinement, Classism, Child death, Abandonment, Animal cruelty, Grief, Colonisation, Child abuse, Alcohol, Animal death, Antisemitism, and Islamophobia
