If you know me then you know that I'm super stingy when it comes to 5 stars. I'm quick to give any body of work 4 stars before I give it 5. BUT this last issue literally had me craving for the final issue that will be in the first trade. There are so many questions that need to be answered not only about B.B.'s father and mother, but also this world in general. It's such a unique idea and it's making me wonder if anyone else in the series will have powers like B.B. From what I've read so far, it's clear that her father has some level of awareness about the current events; however, that very last scene makes me wonder if he truly knows or understands what his B.B. truly is. I didn't say it in the last issue that I reviewed, but this book definitely has great rep as well. From my understanding, it seems as though B.B. is non-binary and Chulita is transgender. I'm so excited to get to the first and second full trades of this series.

Shame the series got cancelled. I really wanted to know what was up with AWC and the peaches.

Gorgeous artwork and wonderful characters. Can't wait to see more of them, b.b.'s past, and what they do with their freedom fifteen!!

Stuff is happening again! I find the world really interesting, but I'm not really sold on the fantasy aspect yet...
