It was better than I thought it would be, but the ending was so sad. I hope the next couple of books are just as good, and I hope Thea and Julian get their happy ending soon! It is so not fair how it ended!

Ähm, ja, also das Buch ist genau das, wonach es klingt. Vampire, die überirdisch gut aussehen und reich sind. Eine weibliche Protagonistin, die für den männlich, natürlich broody Vampir, Protagonisten bestimmt ist. Der männliche Protagonist fühlt sich unfassbar zu ihrem Blut und ihrem Körper hingezogen und kann ihre Erregung riechen (warum riecht das dann nach Mandel? WTF). Und natürlich die Kirsche auf der Sahne: Sie können nicht miteinander schlafen, weil sie noch Jungfrau ist😱. Ja also wirklich, wie kann man es auch wagen mit 22 noch Jungfrau zu sein. Und die Age-Gap mit 22 und ~1000 Jahren darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Oh sorry, er ist doch erst 965 Jahre. Jetzt hab ich ihn ja fast schon alt genannt🫣. Also alles in allem: sehr viel Klischee. 
Trotzdem muss ich zugeben, dass es mich sehr unterhalten hat und ich wirklich schnell durch die Story geflogen bin. Deshalb möchte ich die Reihe auch gerne weiterlesen.
