I read this as an audiobook and I wish I hadn’t because it would’ve been easier to read in physical format so I could jump around. I love Brene Brown but I think short bites in podcast form work better for me than this longer form book.
I was drawn in by the first 25%, but felt like the middle really dragged and was often repetitive. The last 20% was the most valuable info and had me the most engaged.
Moderate: Alcohol
Harry Potter reference as well.
