This book was fine. I can see why it's popular, but it's not really for me. I figured out several of the twists early on and I kept reading to see if I was correct. Personally, I thought the book was boring in several places when I think it was supposed to be suspenseful and some level of exciting, and what I assume were supposed to "the big reveals" didn't really phase me since I had it figured out.

The writing was okay, but the trauma porn... This was so unethical and wrong. Highly disturbing.
In terms of plot: if you've read 'Girl on the train' and/or 'Last Mrs Parrish' you've read this one. The wrap up of the story also felt... too smooth. Nope nope nope.

I really liked the book I wouldnt give it a full 5 stars because it is a series and I haven't finished the second book and there will be a third coming out. But it definitely makes me want to read the next book!

It’s not  the best written book I’ve ever read, but really great plot twists, and love that the twists come throughout the book not just in the last chapter!!
