I like the idea of getting different creative teams from around the world, to tackle a short Batman story, but with most anthologies- the stories are either rushed or I just want more. Overall a cool idea. I think the biggest win for this one is all the different artwork you get to see.
Highlights were;
“Closed for the Holidays” by Paco Raco
“A Better Tomorrow” by Benjamin V. Eckartsberg and Thomas V. Kummant
“Defender of the City” by Tomasz Kotodziejczak and Piotr Kowalski with Brad Simpson
“Funeral” By Alberto Chimal and Rulo Valdes

Mixed bag here but I only really liked a couple of the stories. Most of the art was great even if the writing wasn't.

Pretty fun anthology series. Telling tales of Batman in different countries around the world fighting crime. A must read for Batman fans.

I did not really enjoy this one.

This follows Batman as he goes to different countries to deal with crime there.

It was a collection of different stories with writers and artists from those countries that Batman went to. It was neat to see the different countries and art styles that were in this book.

There were some stories that I enjoyed more than others. But I did start to lose interest in reading this book.

It was fine as a graphic novel.

The best thing is the different art-styles they drew batman in, the worst thing… it got absolutely no story whatsoever. Every country have 20 pages or less to tell a story; that most of the time its not that interesting. I liked only 3 or 4 from a total of 14! Nice concept, nice art, nice “batman inner-monologue-ing” bits, but bad bad plots.

a pretty interesting book, some stories are great and others not as much but the constant diversity of styles kept my attention throughout, I hope we get to see more projects like this in the future

my favorite story was the Russian one, but seeing batman in my country (Brazil) was also pretty awesome.
