Well done, but 31 pages of a graphic novel is sooooo short. It barely showed anything and def didn't EXPLAIN anything, lol. It was an interesting look, but didn't satisfy me at all.

Not so much about the spill itself as about Vespertine, really. I'd like to know more about the event itself.

This was a great insight into the origin of Lexa and why she does not speak. Vespertine the rag doll is a really interesting character and I hope to get to know her origins soon.

Giving this is same as the first volume because I read them together. I really liked seeing what was happening that night when the worlds split and started letting these creatures in. It was interesting to see what Vespertine did to help Lexa that night but I just wish there was so much more to this story. I feel like the concept had a lot to work with.

The Spill begins ... and given the post-Book 1 release, 'Spill Night' serves as a good prequel for Lexa and Vespertine.

Nice prequel for the Spill Zone comics!
But I would have loved to learn more about Princess Vespertine
and her entourage
!

Great short story, really enjoyed reading it, it added a lot to the world and answered questions, but I still need Broken Vow!

After reading Spill Zone I wanted to read this, but couldn't find it anywhere. I saw a review say something about having it from free comic book day so I dug out my boxes of comics and found it!! This is a super short prequel to Spill Zone that shows what happened with Addison's sister on the night of the spill. It definitely adds to the story, and I love the bright coloring of the artwork. Can't wait to read more!

I actually read Spill Zone before reading this one, but when I discovered this existed, I immediately wanted to know more. It's not an ebook or sold anywhere except on Amazon and there were only 3 copies, so I bought one! I was definitely hoping/expecting some more backstory, and although there was a bit, it was mostly just a teaser for the main book. If you can get your hands on this one though, it's a fun, quick little teaser forward before you delve into the actual book!
