This is the third parker short I have read and unlike the other two it has magic in it although it is set in the same world as the other tales.

Its basically about 2 dueling wizards one is a natural "untrained" wizard who has a distinctive power that the wizard authority wants to destroy. Dueling wizards is always fun but this felt less fresh and distinctive than the other two I read though I did enjoy it.
