Part “how to grieve and help others grieve” and part honest look into how heavy grief is and how we carry it. I feel odd saying I enjoyed this but it was nice to read things I’ve felt in different seasons of grief and think “YES, that WAS normal and yet grief IS different for everyone”
This is encouraged reading for anyone who has ever lost someone, knows someone who has lost someone, or who wants to be a better support to others who grieve. Lightheartedly written for a heavy topic.

Very quick read. Had many very interesting and relatable views on grief.
