A little like if Vonnegut were a Zen Buddhist.

Reallyyyyyy thoughtful. I think a lot of things tie together when you take the context of the story in with the context of the story conjunctorily with the context of the appendices and the real world events that influenced this book. Exploratory of culture and culturally important events without being redundant. Few of the parts are jolting, but not necessarily out there. Page turner near the end
