Stephanie Black did it again with another page turner. I could not wait to finish this book. There were definitely some surprises included in the unveiling of "who-dunnit". Black did a great job wrapping everything up and making it all work together.

Really enjoyed this latest novel by Stephanie Black. It could be read as a stand alone mystery, but it is a sequel of Not a Word. In order to fully understand the characters, it's best to read Not a Word first. The story centers on Natalie Marsh who has landed her dream as the psychologist for a new mental health clinic located in a prestigious newly renovated office building. But, not everyone is happy with the new clinic or its location. A troubled young woman who claims to communicate with her grandmother's ghost is prevented from jumping out a window on the opening night gala for the clinic and it gets worse from there for Natalie. As she tries to find out who is trying to sabotage the clinic, dead bodies begin turning up and Natalie is caught in a web of deceit as she tries to defend herself from charges of murder.

There's a lot going on in this book, lots of characters and several points of view. I finally got into the rhythm of things after a few chapters and enjoyed it. Great mystery and twists and turns.
