Genuinely the least informative “nonfiction” “book” I’ve ever stumbled upon. It is less knowledgeable than most Instagram captions and is basically just a way for the author to provide about thirty Amazon links to random recommended products. I’m legitimately shocked this was published and/or marketed as a book. Thankfully it was free because I would be irate if I paid money for this.
