I enjoyed the feel of this book, and the form of the photo-essay. Seems like the perfect form to encapsulate the joys and woes of writing, the ultimate durational and endurance performance. I enjoyed references to localities that I recognised, and the attention brought to the seemingly mundane parts of process. I think this book just sparked many of the things I’ve been reflecting upon as of late, so was a lucky library find.
