Sometimes this book seemed a little jumbled in that the author just inserted a new subhead and went off on another topic. But overall, it was a wonderful presentation of practical and inspirational tips and stories about making parenting work with two working parents, however that may look. I particularly appreciated her repeated points about all things being for a "season." Knowing that in a few years, perhaps it will be my turn to advance my career instead. Well done.

What a helpful book in navigating the world of working moms. Joy Jordan Hall approaches the subject with great wisdom, sensitivity, and insight. This book would be VERY helpful for those families considering how to work out careers and families.
