This book is a NECESSARY companion to the unprecedented Bone Season series. Not only is it an incredibly interesting read in and of itself, but it provides a much richer understanding of clairvoyance and the social atmosphere of clairvoyant London. An absolute must have.

This was a really great addition to the series. It's basically Jackson's illegally published pamphlet that is mentioned trough out the main books, and as it is written from Jackson's Pov, it was written in typical Jackson style. If you've read the 3 main books you will know what I mean lol. I literally snort when Jackson described his powers as the greatest of all. Because of course he would do this.

Przewodnik (jesli mogę to tak nazwać) po rodzajach wróżbitów i innych mediów. Nie wyniosłam z tego za wiele, ale jasno opisano, czym kto się zajmuje.

It really made the orders make sense, and God Jaxon is a self-righteous a**hole.

This was interesting.
Obviously, it’s not a novel or a story in any normal sense, but it gives background to the bone season, which kind of threw us in the deep end about what all these people were and what their abilities were. This gives context to that and I think it’s a very useful little book to read alongside that so that you understand the world that that story is taking place in.

This was a bit too dry for my taste, but that might be because I have yet to start The Bone Season series and have no characters to relate the information in this pamphlet to.
