It was an interesting and insightful read. Apart from being a cool story, with a solid plot and characters, other aspects made it really nice, and I'm talking about learning about Yoruba people, who historically came from West Africa, and the cultural, linguistical and religious heritage that were all poured into this book. Also, it has undeniable magic realism vibes, and that's a plus for me.

At first, I was surprised to see that there is no physical format for this book, but in the end, I got the reason why: this story needs to be told, just as oral tradition commands.
