Bound in Darkness is the forth and final book in the Immortal Brothers series. This book can easily be read as a standalone but in order to understand the background a bit more I suggest reading this previous books first.

Going into this book I really thought that I knew what to expect. I assumed that this book would be much similar to the previous three books, boy was I wrong. This book brings with it adventure and a kick ass heroine. While there were quite few steamy sex scenes, the adventure was what really stood out to me.

Maxum is the last of the immortal brothers to be released from his torturous existence, and he's on a mission to end his suffering one and for all. In walks Airianne with the ability to not only catch Maxum's eye but also steal a talisman from him.

Much like the previous book in this series, the storyline is well thought out and flows smoothly. At limes I did wish that is slowed down a bit because it would jump a month at a time, but I understand the need for it. For the most part I found that the dialogue flowed smooth and organically, though there were a few parts that it felt very scripted.

This was an amazing way to end the Immortal Bothers series, and by far was my favorite of the four books. When I started reading this series Jacquelyn Frank was a new author for me, but this series has made me a believer and I look forward to reading more book from her in the future.

*I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinions*
