Amish sci-fi. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't fantastic. I felt lost a few times as the author would use a term or continue on with the story without ecplsining the term or what happened until a paragraph or two later. I know this was a test run to see if fans liked it, but I wish there was just a little more or a cleaner conclusion.
