Incredible book. Beautiful romance story one only dreams about. Characters with depth, real life problems and growth. Supportive friends and lovers with a focus on a thick dark skinned black woman getting the love and adoration she deserves. 10/10 recommend

I bought this when it was first released and just got around to reading it. As always, Kennedy Ryan gives such emotional depth not just in romantic relationships, but platonic friendships and relationships with our family. What a balm to the soul to see that independence can still live with the comfort of a good lover to shoulder some of life’s burdens.
