It’s not my favorite of the trilogy. It was a little too insta-love (over Alzheimer’s) for me personally, and the conflict felt so forced. It was also a bit too long. Still worth reading, still lovely.

Reading Can’t Get Enough felt like locking eyes with a man who sees all of you, your ambition, your exhaustion, your softness beneath the armor, and chooses to hold space for every part. I read this like a woman who’s lived, like a woman who’s been tired, who’s poured into everyone but herself, and who forgot what it felt like to be truly wanted.
Hendrix, that woman is me. Focused. Driven. Tired. Loving deeply and carrying the weight of so much responsibility with grace. And Maverick Bell, that man was a fever dream in suit form. He didn’t just chase her, he pursued her soul patiently, sensually, and intentionally.
What got me was the way Kennedy wove desire with depth. Yes, the spice was hot, but it was the emotional intimacy that made me clutch my chest. Mav didn’t just want Hendrix’s body he wanted her rest. Her laughter. Her unfiltered truth.
This wasn’t just romance. This was a reminder that love doesn’t have to come at the cost of your dreams. That softness and ambition can coexist. That even the strongest women deserve to be poured into, too.
