If you are looking for a quick-read, full of intrigue, emotion, psychological horror and a jaw-dropping ending, look no further!

Creepy, atmospheric and darkly mysterious, it's the story of a mother who has lost her child, the ravings of an insane mind, the beckoning of the paranormal - all packed wonderfully in just over six pages.

Would love to read longer pieces of prose or an anthology of short reads from @emilyturnerauthor

This story was given to me as an ARC. So much to pack into such a short tale: child death, a haunted house, mental illness, grief, loss etc, but all handled well. The ending was a bit of a twist, which was great fun!
