I really enjoyed this read. The character development was well done and the twists were great.

Dr. Anna Fox suffers from Arogaphobia and hasn't left her house in the last 10 months. She passes her time by running her website Aroga, which is a place to help others with problems like hers. She also plays online chess, watches old black and white movies, and watches her neighbors. One day she witnesses an attack but no one believes her because she consumes a massive amount of alcohol daily and she's on a lot of medications for her issues.

I actually got sucked into the book immediately! It's a very fast paced, quick read. You find yourself fighting for Anna, then questioning her, then fighting for her again

I'm not one who can predict things very well in books or movies but I predicted the ending about half way through and was right. It didn't really take away from the book though. I still really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to people who enjoy psychological thrillers!

I’m shocked. An ending that makes you want to reread immediately.

3...A bit on the slow side...BUT at least I finished this one! I will admit the ending got me in so much as you knew something was happening with the neighbors son but just couldn't put your finger on it because SO much is going on. I hated the main character's decision making with all my soul...part of me hope she was delusional...even with her sad back story...A mediocre read at best!

Unreliable narrators can be very fun things, or very frustrating. I found Anna to be both.

I can usually predict the “twists” in books like this...here I predicted nothing. I thought I knew what was happening, but I was so wrong. I definitely recommend this book, especially if you like mystery thrillers.

Plot twist after plot twist. I enjoyed it so much because when you thought you knew, you really didn’t!!!
I will say it did start slow, really slow in some parts but it truly did pick up and left almost a feeling of relief for the character and the whole story! Not in the “it’s finally over” sense but more of a “everything makes sense now”.
I highly recommend!
