It was really interesting to see different characters from different myths and religions come together.

Plot is somewhat diverting and sets direction similar to vol1. But I still find the writers and artists lack ability with writing engaging  female characters. Too often the male gaze dominates.

THIS is the sandman I loved and remembered. A balance of horror and fantasy of mythic proportions.

The art and costume designs in this book for the Endless were also particularly fun.
