JOCKS is a short, sweet romance set in the world of professional horse racing (not, admittedly, something I know much about). Will has very recently come out as bisexual, and is figuring out what that means for him personally and professionally while starting to date men for the first time.
Will and Max were adorable together. I would have liked seeing a little more of Will's disasters on-page, rather than hearing about them in the past or in passing, but this choice kept the focus squarely on the main relationship. I thought it ended on just the right note for a short story, leaving me happy but wishing for more.
