This is probably my favorite book in The Ripple System so far. I like 1-3 a lot but this has some of my favorite Frank and House moments.

Lots of action and fun and lot of Franking, oh yeah.

"Shattersoul" by Kyle Kirrin proves to be an excellent novel that delivers a ton of fun, effortlessly maintaining the high standard set by the first books in the series. This gripping installment immerses readers in a world that vividly captures the thrill of playing an extraordinary MMORPG, particularly during the exhilarating opening weekends when everything is fresh, unknown, and filled with surprises. As a father with limited time for MMOs anymore, these books provide a welcome sense of wonder reminiscent of those immersive gaming experiences.

The novel skillfully builds upon the foundation set by its predecessors, ramping up the action and further developing the intricate narrative. The characters are incredibly likable, drawing readers deeper into their journeys. The presence of a well-crafted villain adds a captivating counterpoint that enhances the story's overall depth throughout the book.

"Shattersoul" stands as a standout entry in the series, earning a well-deserved rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, rounded up to a full 5 stars. Kirrin masterfully captures the essence of a thrilling MMO adventure, offering readers a rich and immersive experience that leaves them eagerly anticipating future installments.
