I picked this up from the Free Cart at the library for its vibrantly colorful and book-centric jacket and though I read a few of the stories, it is geared toward teens and not entirely fabulous in my opinion. The introduction by Gary Paulsen and the author comments on why they love books are great though.

Took me a couple of hours to read--the train on the way to work, and then on the way back home.

I enjoyed Barcarole for Paper and Bones (M.T. Anderson), Clean Sweep (Joan Bauer), Follow the Water (Jennifer L. Holm) and Tea Party Ends in Bloody Massacre, Film at 11 (Gregory Maguire) very much.

Any of the "Short stories" would have made fantastic full stories. I hate short stories.
