A nice addition to the series. I like the inclusion of elements from the first book to keep things together. Kind of silly, but a fun read.

I have read the other four books in the series but couldn't bring myself around to reading this one it's took me about a year or so to actually read this one and I'm happy that I had the break from the books as it made this book even more intriguing I love the characters and I love b spirit and just her character in general I'm happy rage actually got her to go out on her own again because she clearly wasn't happy being an angel it wasn't the place for her and even though rage pushed her off the London Eye I can see why he did it I just can't wait to read the next book

Oh Mr. Shan, you are one sick bastard. This is the first novel in the series that actually freaked me out. The build-up until the reader is first introduced to "Zombie Baby" is agonizing in the best way, and the visuals of the "baby" are still floating in my brain several hours later. This selection in the series is a home run!

Baby introduces a new interesting plot point in the series. However it takes close to 120 pages to actually get to this point. The majority of the book spends its time with B questioning Dr. Oysteins beliefs and how she fits into it. While this is important for character development, its ultimately an uninteresting self monologue.

This series just keeps getting stranger, and has taken an interesting religious bent I didn't expect.

I probably need to read book series in order, within a reasonable amount of time from each other. I wasn't lost. The books in this YA zombie series are short and to the point. Plus, Darren Shan catches you up. I still forgot certain things. Like, I blanked on who Rage was for the first few pages. Not a lot of action in this one. Just, Becky "B" ruminating and trying to find her way in zombie plagued England. I like how the reader learns things little by little. And, how the author doesn't keep everything under wraps. Hopefully the end is as good as I think it's going to be.

'Zom-B: Baby' is great from the get go.

Side characters are fleshed out and expanded upon, truly gaining some depth. There's been a lot of death but one occurs in this novel that hits particularly hard.

The dialogue was on fire. Constant debates fly back and forward between the characters on their faith, beliefs, the meaning of their messed up lives and what they want from it.

B Smith has had the benefit of being our protagonist when it comes to time spent with her, but this entry is a huge step forward for her arc, probably the biggest since the first book. She manages to vocalise a lot of what has been weighing her down and we get some absolutely brilliant, small moments with her that all add to the whole.

And of course, the plot just gets madder and madder. Such an enjoyable book.

An easy quick read for young adult sci-fi lovers. Quite a lot of gore and horror. Nice illustrations.

This is where I stop with the series. Serious snooze fest.

I liked this book a lot. I like how she is not entirely trusting of the doctor. I like how Rage helps her to make a decision on whether to leave or not. I like how she finds Timothy. I hate how the babies from her dream have appeared and are doing exactly what she said they were. I hate how Timothy dies in the end. I rate this book 5 stars.
