My wrist doesn't allow for speed and endurance with normal knitting styles, IE continental and english. I did pick up the method from this book and several videos, and it's easy enough. It does result in a very loose fabric. Still got a lot of learning to do. And practice! It did help with my wrist and took the pressure off a bit.
