This is a book about a cat living in an abandoned house. Fearful, at first, of humans, he learns about loyalty, family, home and love from a group of children who want to prove the house is not haunted. This is a good read-aloud chapter book for younger children or a read alone book for middle schoolers. Ms. Marsico has captured a lot of positive values in this engaging little book!
