All in all this is a really good read. Especially if thisnis the type of material that you usually read. As a first timer I found myself getting dizzy, kind of feeling like Chopra was talking in circles almost. Still I took away some great lessons from this book which I think is the most important thing about reading.

Solid self-help book, my first time listening to an audiobook! Sometimes the material can get dry and I felt like there was quite a bit of overlap between a few of the laws, but I still enjoyed the lessons presented.
