4.5 the plot twists were not quite as shocking as in The Wife Between Us, but the actual plot itself was incredible and really kept me going.

3.75 ⭐️ I really enjoyed this book, especially the first half of the book. Definitely didn’t see the twist and the reveal near the end so that was always great! Just thought the book was dragging a little bit. Still a good read though!

Probably more like a 3.5...the issue is the main protagonist. She was so immature, annoying, and insecure so even though the actual plot was believable, it was only believable because she was so stupid.

This was recommended to me and I am glad I read it. It was a good thriller and had me guessing and trying to find the link to it all. The story gave that link and it was a nice twist. I felt I was right there along with Shay trying to survive. There is some trigger warnings.

I had expected more of this book. I liked it enough to finish it, but didn't love it. Shay witnesses the suicide of a young woman, which has shaken her up. Shay is obsessed with data and wants to know more about who the young woman was. I liked Shay and her statistics. Her investigation leads her to meet a group of woman. This is where the book turns strange and confusing.
